This spring, four Minnesota businesses were named 'bike friendly' by The League of American Bicyclists, joining 35 other proud Minnesota companies already holding the sought-after distinction. Representatives from each of the four businesses share what it takes to be 'bike friendly:'

Bemidji brings out the outdoor enthusiast in me and provides me with an environment that encourages physical activity. I bike, walk, hike, and swim (less swimming these days with the cooler weather) and look forward to ice skating and skiing when the temp drops and the snow starts to fall.
The city of Bemidji was recently granted the bronze Bicycle Friendly Community designation by the League of American Bicyclists joining the growing number of cities around Minnesota to develop bike friendly communities!
